Death on the Nile: a Hercule Poirot mystery
(Large Print)
Famous detective Hercule Poirot is on vacation in Africa when he meets the rich, beautiful Linnet Ridgeway and her new husband Simon on a cruise ship on the Nile. He senses that something is amiss . . . that things aren't what they seem with the newlyweds. So when Linnet and her maid are found murdered, Poirot turns his attention to solving the crime. There's a boatload of suspects -- and among them, one very cunning killer.
Hercule Poirot is perhaps Agatha Christie's most interesting and endearing character; short, round, and slightly comical, Poirot has a razor-sharp mind and puts unlimited trust in his "little grey cells." Those little cells come through for him every time, enabling Poirot to solve some of the most baffling mysteries ever conceived.
